This is same like on caxino. There is no complain about it. All good things i mention in Caxino review.

Hi. I am having an ongoing problem with this casino. I tried opening a complaint about them but when I click on "submit complaint" nothing happens. But I would definitely appreciate if someone could help me resolve this issue I am having with the casino.

I'm sorry for stepping in, but I could not miss out on the complaint issue you mentioned.

I'm currently in the close position we held for technical support, hence, if you are unable to submit a complaint through the Casino Guru Resolution Center (kindly try out this link 👈 for me), I'm here to help.

One way to get closer to the issue is by opening the browser's additional settings to access tools for developers, then heading to "console":

This setup is for Chrome, though.

When the console is ready, hit "submit the complaint", Please note that errors and troubleshooting messages should now be visible on the console tab.

Capture a screenshot showing the whole screen, please.

Hi. Sorry I didn't realize you both had replied. Thanks for that... But my issue got resolved literally hours After I posted that. I was stunned as it couldn't seem to get resolved for such a long time, then suddenly out of the blue it was. So I was very happy things finally got worked out.

Well, I had been trying to get verified for over a year. On and off because I would get frustrated and just give up trying and then forget about it. Anyway I have never had problems getting verified anywhere else, but I suppose there's always a first time. I had actually given up hope as my banking just didn't show the specific info they wanted to see and had resigned myself to never getting my little $300 of winnings. And that's when I posted here, as I didn't know what else to do.... then suddenly a few hours later I got an email saying my account was finally verified!! No idea what changed from when I last spoke with them, but I don't care as long as my account is finally verified 😊

Oh so that's quite a long time you wanted to check. I know that sometimes it's hard for players to get a document with everything the casino requires and the frustration can be great. But if you have any problems and you don't know what to do, feel free to write here and we'll see if we can do something about it. 

Anyway, I'm glad that you've gone through the process now and hopefully you'll do well in this casino and the withdrawals will go fast.

Hi,


im struggling to get a technical issue resolved with wheelz. I have had numerous communication with customer support that always ends with an escalation - total of 4 in as many days - and no clear directive on a solution. Furthermore Wheelz have been slow to reply if they do.


i have also attempted to contact my designated account manager via text, phone calll and email.


I have supplied detailed information supporting the issue. I feel as if Wheelz is actively avoiding taking accountability.

Hi, what are the specific technical errors you are dealing with at the casino ? Do you have money in your account that you are trying to withdraw ? What was your last communication ? 

Could you please give me an overview so I know more specifically what situation you are in ?

overview: 

Game: Arabian Spins 

Provider: Booming Games 

Date: 2024-05-09

Time: 15:34

Issue: playing game and had worked my way up to $100 bet. After a betting a considerable amount @ $100 I won free spins. When the spins started the bet amount had automatically changed to $3. I stopped the game and contacted customer support immediately who advised me to not continue the game and escalated the issue. 


The spins remain active and unfinished in the game. 


To me this looks like a techincial malfunction in the game as it is not right that spins are won on a $100 bet but commence on a $3 bet. Furthermore I did not change the bet, nor could I when the free spins started. 


wheelz have said twice that they have undertaken an internal review and the bet of $3 is correct. Then when I resend the screen shot of the history they escalate it again and I have to chase them.


I have the following screenshots as well which have also been supplied to Wheelz more then once:


  • active game showing $3 bet in the spins 
  • Game play history as shown on my wheelz profile showing the last bet was $100 and is still active with spins

The last response was another escalation - I have screen shots and transcripts of all communication with Wheelz which I can send through if you would like to view

I have just heard back from my account manager with an update - it has been escalated to the game provider to review game play and see what happened.

in the interim complimentary bonuses have been added to my account which is nice.


lets hope this is an easy remedy that all parties are happy with

Thank you for your reply. I have already understood where the problem is and I'm curious to know what the game provider will come up with because they should know best. I hope that it will be solved and that your screenshots and everything needed will be useful for them if they require it.

Anyway, since the casino is interested and escalating your issue and trying to address it, it's a good sign.
