Stvar je u tome što nemam načina da vam pišem pošto ste mi zatvorili račun, zbog žalbe koju sam pokrenuo kod vas, jer sam uplatio depozit, izgubio sam ga, napravio još jedan, dobio sam malu razliku ali sam uverio sam se da sam stavio k3 u igru. Ovako deponovan bio sam u poziciji da povučem, problem je u tome što sam dva dana kasnije uspeo da povučem novac, blokirali su mi nalog i više nisam mogao da mu pristupim. dps da pokrene žalbu kod vas, vratili su mi stanje na računu ali mi nisu dozvolili pristup svom nalogu i blokirali su ga. Nakon što sam ih zamolio da me puste da igram, izneli su nejasne i nesuvisle argumente govoreći da su otkrili sumnjivu aktivnost!!! Procenjujem da bi sumnjiva aktivnost bila pobedila... u svakom slučaju, pitao sam to ovde jer ne mogu da razgovaram sa njima, u stvari krećem sa žalbom organu koji izdaje dozvole jer je skandalozno da vam zatvaraju račun kada hoćeš da podigneš svoj profit (kojih nije bilo mnogo) optužujući me da sam igrao k3 depozit sa namerom da podignem svoj depozit!!!, kakva je to optužba???? Igram tačno ono što je potrebno da bih mogao da povučem ono malo što dobijem!!!

Zato mi je bila namera da vas kazino obavesti ovde, ako ne napustite moj nalog prijaviću to organu koji izdaje licence.

I have read your complaint about this casino and therefore, in my opinion, it would be best if you filed a complaint with an authority. It seems like the only reasonable solution, since the casino is stalling the firm position. I'm not sure if it would be successful, but you can at least try.

In the event of any such termination by us we shall as soon as reasonably practicable following a request by You, refund the balance of Your Account.


They closed the account without any notice overnight. You can also see how they stick to the rules that they themselves outlined in their regulations. Wishing them bankruptcy is not enough. (:

I hope everyone wins as much as possible to make this happen.

What was your latest dealing with them about? Any notices previously made by the chat operator or support

I'm quite convinced this isn't the first time some casino has closed your account, though I may be wrong, of course.

Hi. My verification was approved but now they told me it has to be check by game provider. I won a huge amount and now stressing they won’t pay me out. Anyone else had this problem with Windetta

Same problem here. Won a small amount, went from 60BRL to 200BRL, requested withdrawl and then on the other day woke up not being able to login on my account as it states "User is disabled because of a gambling addicion" lol what's that.

Hi, have you ever self-excluded yourself from a casino, or requested to do so in this one ? If not, did the casino tell you any reason why they wrote to disable your account due to gambling addiction ?

Isti problem ovde. Osvojio sam mali iznos, otišao sa 20 € na 250 €, zatražio povlačenje i onda je pisalo „Korisnik je onemogućen zbog zavisnosti od kockanja" 😡😡😡😡
