You can always fight the payment with Revolut by filing a chargeback.


It is likely that the merchant did not debit the reservation and let it fail which is why you saw the payment being refunded or cancelled. Then, afterwards the merchant make a correction and debit the amount 'again' but now successfully which is being shown as offline.

2.7 sam izvršio uplatu koja je uspešno otišla trgovcu pomoći.

19.7 Poslao sam zahtev za povraćaj sredstava dobavljaču platnih usluga.

21.7 uplata je vraćena na moj račun.

Dana 24.7, uplata je terećena sa mog računa kao vanmrežno plaćanje.

Ja stvarno ne razumem kako.

Did you send the refund request directly to the merchant or did you contact Revolut to file a chargeback claim?


It could be that they refunded the amount and then debited again to avoid a chargeback as the initial payment did get a refund.


For the second payment you can file a fraud chargeback as you did not authorize them.
