Imao sam uspeha sa Barclais-om, da li je to debitna ili kreditna kartica?
Dobio sam povraćaj sredstava na kreditnoj kartici pod netačnim MCC-om, nemam pojma da li su trgovci odgovorili jer sam imao istu vrstu „još uvek pod istragom" i dao sam 6 nedelja, ali sam pretpostavio da je ovo opšti odgovor od Barclaisa jer je kockanje blokirano na kreditnim karticama i ne vidim kako bi trgovci mogli ovo da osporavaju.
Javite mi u čemu bih potencijalno mogao pomoći, takođe nas ima dovoljno na ovom forumu da pomognemo.
I had success with Barclays, is it debit or credit card?
I had a refund on the credit card under incorrect MCC, no idea if merchants have responded as I had the same sort of "still under investigation" and give 6 weeks but assumed this was a generic response from Barclays as gambling is blocked on credit cards and I can’t see how the merchants could challenge this.
Let me know what I could potentially assist with, also there are enough of us on this forum to help out.
Ažuriranje o mojoj banci. Ako ste u Australiji i imate Mastercard, banka neće stati na vašu stranu bez obzira da li je MCC netačan. Nakon što su izgubili 20.000 AUD za 3 meseca i podigli žalbu, ponudili su mi konačan direktan povraćaj od same banke za 1k.
Nadam se i želim svima najbolje na vašem putu u dobijanju povraćaja sredstava od ovih prevara kazina. Molim vas ostanite jaki i nikada se više ne kockajte.
Update on my bank. If you are in Australia and with Mastercard the bank won’t side with you no matter if it’s incorrect MCC. After losing 20k AUD in 3 months and raising up the complaint they have offered me a final direct refund from the bank themselves for 1k.

Hvala vam puno na odgovoru. Zaista cenim to, ne mogu ni da vam kažem koliko je ovo uticalo na mene. Pogotovo da nikome ne pričam o tome jer se previše stidim i stidim sebe. Moja deca su potpuno sređena za Božić, hvala Bogu, ali sam se malo zadužio zbog toga jer nisam mogao da ih vidim bez njih zbog mojih problema. Borim se da jedem i spavam u trenutku. Da budem iskren, jednostavno je lepo razgovarati sa drugima o tome. To je sa Barclais debitnom karticom. 30 dana za odgovor trgovca je isteklo i jedan trgovac mi je to osporio. Ali nisam čuo ništa o ostalima. Tako da nemam pojma. Barclais mi govori toliko različitih stvari sa svima sa kojima razgovaram. Ne znam ni da li će odbiti da mi vrate novac čak i ako trgovac ne odgovori. Voleo bih da sam ovo osporio pod netačnim mcc-om, ali nisam znao da mogu. Hvala još jednom. Iskreno, zaista cenim to.
Thank you so much for replying. I really do appreciate it, I can't even begin to tell you how much this has affected me. Especially not speaking to anyone about it because I'm too embarrassed & ashamed of myself. My kids are completely sorted for Christmas thank god but I have got myself into a little debt for it as I couldn't see them go without because of my Issues. I am struggling to eat & sleep at the minute. To be honest it's just nice to speak to others about it. It is with Barclays debit card. The 30 days for merchant to respond is up & I have had the one merchant disputing it. But haven't heard a thing about the others. So have no idea. I am getting told so many different things from Barclays with everyone I speak to. I don't even know if they will refuse giving me the money back even if the merchant doesn't respond. I wish I had disputed these under the incorrect mcc but I didn't realise I could. Thank you again. I honestly really appreciate it.

Ako nema izazova, a zatim zatražite povraćaj, problem koji sam imao sa Barclaicard-om je osim ako zapravo ne razgovarate sa sporovima, onda rukovaoci nisu najbolji, ponovo ih pozovite i zamolite da razgovarate o sporovima, oni će vam dati tačan odgovor. Pod pretpostavkom da nema odgovora, trebalo bi da dobijete povraćaj novca prilično brzo.
Što se tiče zavisnosti, dobro urađeno jer ste već prijavljeni na Gamstop, da li ste takođe pokušali da instalirate Gamban, to je besplatno za stanovnike Velike Britanije, mislim da je dostupno kroz razgovor, zabranu, stop?
Others may be able to assist with merchants responding as I know a few have challenged it back, maybe need to share what they have said as if they have made up your details then go back to bank and notify them you didn’t sign up/receive the goods etc.
Regarding the bank refunding, if no response then they will refund they won’t deny you a refund, I suggest contacting them for an update and if they need more time request they update you in regards to any challenges. If no challenges then request a refund, the issue I had with Barclaycard is unless you actually speak to disputes then the handlers are not the best, again call them and ask to speak to disputes they will give you the correct answer. Assuming no response then you should get the refund pretty quickly.
Regarding the addiction well done on already being signed up to Gamstop have you also tried to install Gamban it’s free UK residents I think available through talk, ban, stop?

Hvala vam na odgovoru. Dobio sam pisma u svojoj aplikaciji u kojima se kaže da je trgovac poslao informacije o transakcijama i da se nadaju da će to rešiti problem, ali ako ne da ih kontaktiram. U mojoj aplikaciji se ništa ne prikazuje šta je trgovac rekao, ali su preko telefona u suštini pokazali listu transakcija o depozitima govoreći da sam imao priliku da se povučem od njih, takođe da nisam kontaktirao njihovu korisničku službu iako je ova kompanija ne može se ući u trag. Kontaktirao sam dobavljača plaćanja koji mi neće dati nikakve informacije o njima i rekao da moram da kontaktiram svoju banku ili policiju i da su to jedini ljudi kojima će takođe dati informacije. Čudno je da je bilo 10 transakcija koje sam osporio sa ovim jednim trgovcem. 4 od njih su osporili, 4 je moja banka zatvorila rekavši da sam odgovoran nakon prvog ciklusa povraćaja sredstava i da ne tražim više dokaza, a 2 čekaju odgovor. Svi su iste osobe tako da nemaju pojma šta se dešava. Danas ili sutra treba da me pozove menadžer, pa ću sve ispitati i nadam se da ću dobiti neke odgovore. Najveći koji imam je sa plaćanjem i kada bih mogao da dobijem svoj novac od njih, bio bih bez dugova jer sam morao da uzimam zajam za kreditom. Ali sa njima definitivno nemam nade. Samo čekam druge sada. Imate li neki savet o brzim bitovima? Pročitao sam da oni to osporavaju. Nikada mi nisu ni odgovorili. Tako stresno. Nemam Gam Ban, ali ću svakako ovo razmotriti. Thank you for your reply. I have received letters on my app saying the merchant has sent information on the transactions & they hope this resolves it but if not to contact them. There is nothing showing on my app of what the merchant has said but over the phone they have basically showed a transaction list on deposits saying I had a chance to withdraw from them, also that I haven't contacted their customer service although this company are untraceable. I contacted the payment provider who will not give me any information on them & said I need to contact my bank or police & that's the only people they will supply information too. Strange thing is, there were 10 transactions I disputed with this one merchant. 4 of them they have disputed, 4 has been closed by my bank saying I was liable after the first chargeback cycle & not asking for anymore evidence & 2 they are waiting for a response. They are all the same person so have no idea what is happening. I am supposed to be getting a call from a manager today or tomorrow so will question everything & hopefully get some answers. The biggest one I have is with pay op & if I could get my money back from them, I would be debt free as I have had to take out loan after loan. But I definitely have no hope with them. Just waiting on the others now. Do you have any advice on the quick bit ones? I have read that they dipute these. They have never even responded to me. So stressful. I don't have Gam Ban but will definitely look into this. Thank you so much
Imam pitanje: da li sam uzeo više kredita i podmirio dugove po kreditnoj kartici, više puta sam poslao e-poštu kompanijama za kreditne kartice govoreći da imam zavisnost i da želim da mi se račun zatvori i kartica blokira. Oni to nisu uradili i ja sam ponovo iskoristio kreditne kartice. Uložio sam još jednu žalbu da izmirim svoj dug, ako ne potvrde ovo, mislite li da će finansijski dužnosnik stati na moju stranu ili kompanije za kreditne kartice?
I have a question: do I’ve taken out multiple loans and cleared my credit card debts, I emailed the credit card companies multiple times saying I’ve got an addiction and I want my account closed and card blocked. They didn’t do this and I’ve maxed out the credit cards again. I’ve put another complaint in to clear my debt, if they do not uphold this do you think that the financial obundsman will side with me or the credit card companies?

I ja sam dobio povraćaj novca, poslao sam im oštar e-poruku u kojoj sam u suštini rekao da vidim da nisam jedina osoba koju varaju lažnom e-poštom rekavši da je refundiran. I svi ljudi koji su imali ove mejlove sada se pridružuju snage da pokrenu tužbu protiv kompanije juče je dobila sredstva
Mine too i got refund i sent them a scathing email basically saying that I could see that I am not the only person they are fobbing off with the fake email saying refund had been issued .And all the people whom have had these emails are now joining forces to bring legal action against company received funds yesterday
