Pretpostavljam da imate problem sa mišljenjem ili znanjem drugih ljudi. Ako je nalog zatvoren i više ne mogu da vidim svoje transakcije, mogu da tražim da se one oslobode jer su kazina obavezna da to učine i ja imam pravo na to, čak i ako sam se previše kockao. To me brine i takođe imam pravo da pokušam da dobijem povraćaj novca kao gest dobre volje. Moje mišljenje, prvo se informišite pre nego što jednostavno ponovite svoju pismenu izjavu.

I apologize, but from the standpoint of fair gambling, I do not think the casino needs to give you a refund based on what you have said thus far. I only meant to explain the negative mindset that could hurt you in the future. Requesting a gesture of goodwill is a form of pleading and, if denied, should not lead to anger. This is my opinion.

The term "loss statement" is another thing I respectfully ask you to explain. For instance, you seem more motivated to stick with your current viewpoint.

Sa zadovoljstvom! Bio sam u stacionarnoj ustanovi za lečenje zavisnosti 400 km od kuće 8 nedelja. Danas idem kući. Uvek se dobro ophodim prema drugim ljudima i voleo bih da se i ja dobro ophodim prema meni. Hvala vam što ste mi pisali dobrim pismima. Zavisnik sam od kockanja. To je bolest i nažalost nije prijatna. Kazino u pitanju je blokirao moj nalog, što je u redu. Imam pravo samo na svoje podatke i upravo to tražim već duže vreme.
