Registrirao sam se s Betinijom. Nažalost, na internetu postoje samo negativne informacije, koje sam tek kasnije otkrio. Ponovo sam se registrovao i položio nekoliko stotina eura u ludilo za kockanjem, a zatim sam se prijavio za isplatu. Sad sam pomalo zabrinut zbog isplate. Betinia je nova na tržištu, ali je na Trustpilotu ocijenjena lošom, posebno u pogledu isplate.

Kazino postoji samo godinu dana ...

Imate li iskustva sa isplatama? Moja isplata će se obraditi tek u ponedjeljak, zanima me hoće li provjera uspjeti. Pozdrav Tamara

To be honest, I wouldn't trust to Trustpilot at all. We have a very bad experience with them. There was 1 user who was creating new email addresses and the player submitted many bad reviews on CasinoGuru. Trustpilot didn't want to remove them even though it was clear it's the same person.

So the negative reviews you saw can be submitted by the same person. Anyway, please, let us know if you have any issues with them 🙂

Hello everybody,

i would like to share about my experience with Betinia Casino. I registered there for the first time about two weeks ago. The first three withdrawals were made without any problems. After two days of waiting, the payment was made. Sometimes you need to remind the live chat that you have a payout pending, but that's not a problem. I also sent my verification documents. Now to the problem I have. A few days ago I wanted to log in to my Betinia Account again, but I got a system message that my account had been migrated to Cadabrus Casino.

At the time of the migration I had € 200 open withdraw at Betinia Casino.

These € 200 were simply transferred to cadabrus. But I would have expected Betinia to process the payout. Because I played with Betinia and not with Cadabrus.

I'm still waiting for a payout at Cadabrus and I can't reach anybody at support.

I am disappointed that I had such an experience.

Thanks for the update. I'd be disappointed as well. So do I understand it correctly that the Betinia Casino was closed?

Zdravo Tamara, imala sam takvo iskustvo prošle godine u Jackpotcityu. Osvojenih 60.000 € i dostupno za isplatu. Tjedan dana kasnije, kada sam želio izgledati šok, registracija nije bila moguća. Njemački igrači preseljeni su u RoyalVegas. Tamo su mi rekli da moram kontaktirati Jackpotcity. Trebalo je oko 4 sedmice, ali tada sam imao novac na računu. Svakodnevno bih kontaktirao Betinijin chat uživo. Barem mi je pošlo za rukom

the Betinia casino was not closed. I got the message that my country is no longer supported ... I'm surprised that they ignore my open wthdraw and forward me to Cadabrus. So far I have received no response from Cadabrus, although I sent my bank statement there too.

Hi, they wrote the number of terms@conditions point which says that any time casino may close the account without further explanation...It happend soon after I submited documents to verify my account after many weeks of playing. I am sure my ID and utility bill are ok and they didnt say there was sth wrong with them but just closed the account. Actually I am not interested in the reason and I dont believe they would reveal the real one.
