Does anyone know what this means "Our Casino is licensed by Gaming Regulators in all of the countries in which it operates". Does anyone know who they're actually licensed by? I've tried to find out, but haven't been able to find anything. Please help if you can? Thanks

They are just lying, they are an unlicensed casino, they are not regulated by anyone, not even by those weak Curacao regulators, guru review itself says the license is unverifiable

I would also say they just pretend to be licensed. Why would they do that? Because in case they chose not to play fairly gained winnings, the casino is virtually untouchable.

From my experience, casinos do not explain rules violations related to fraudulent activities because by doing so, they would uncover the tools and processes used to uncover such frauds.

I'm not saying this is your case.

If I may offer a sort of help, I would suggest submitting a complaint:

It's free and offers a chance to identify the issue. If you're lucky enough, the casino will explain the reason at least to us.

I believe when they closed my account I had over $22,540.49 in it. They never told me why I didn't pass security filters, but here said I had multiple accounts.

As you can see, I've never had an account with either sites until I opened my first ever account with juicystakes on 4/20/2020. They say they closed my account immediately after I didn't pass they're verification process when I opended the account and they closed it. Which clearly is a lie. I have all the evidence to show and prove I open an legit account and had no other accounts with any casino or poker site. They need to be held accountable or shut the site down. Very shady so beware. They don't email you back, they will close chats, and do anything to avoid paying you. I would like some justice with these guys. Please help!

Casino guru told me it was to late to file a complaint with them? Didn’t know there was a statue of limitations on streaking from your customers.

I'm sorry,

but you forgot to mention that this is the same issue you were dealing with in 2020. I would have told you it is too late now. No one from the casino would be able to provide pieces of evidence or account details after such a long time.

If I may add a piece of kind advice, do not stop responding to the complaint - as you did.

filefile This is who owns juicystakes.eu and now everygame.eu. I know it's a pretty fancy headquarters they got here. Does either of these sites want to respond to this? I've talk to over 50 people and no matter what, you're able to open an account, but everytime you go to cashotu you will get a message from live chat saying you did not pass their security filters and your account will be closed and remain closed. They won't respond to emails and they have no phone support. This is flatout disgusting behavior. Anyone that works for them should be ashamed of themselves. Stealing hardworking, honest peoples money.

That's interesting.

There are several things I found suspicious.

Firstly: the same brand does not mean the same casino, so according to the casino's logic, we can all play only in one casino within the whole group. Nope - in my books.

Secondly: the operator said it was communicated with you via chat, so where is the explanation? I agree confirmation email would be in order.

Finally: shared Poker network, ok what does that mean for casual players?

This is unclear at all, and the casino should do its best to explain to avoid misunderstandings!
