This is only what I have to do. Open your app and see if anything needs to be verified and follow the instructions You may not need a facebiometric reading just your passport. Either go on you tube or Google scanning biometric passport for verification and it will show you. It's simple once you know how to do it.

I had the sam problem you have to go through a second KYC check!! I couldn't understand it either but once it's done once that's it. I think it's because you hit a certain deposit/withdrawal criteria.

I don't speak Spanish but I think it is the same problem I had. You have to use the app see where you need to verify and follow the process it because you have reached a deposit/withdrawal limit set by mifinity and now you have to go through KYC check before you can withdraw your money. It won't be processed over the weekend so you've got time to go through your app and see what needs doing it's not that difficult if I did it 😂

Zdravo, zna li neko zašto mi daju da podignem samo 150€, sad mi ne daju više, kažu moram da pošaljem dokumenta, ne razumem Bože.

I explained when you first open your account you have to verify ID proof of address and bank account and cards.

When you have deposited or withdrawn a certain amount of money you have to go through KYC again the same way as the first time using the app. Once you have completed the KYC you are then free to deposit and withdraw at will.

Već su vam rekli: završite verifikaciju kada se registrujete i kasnije će možda zahtevati nove verifikacije (kao što je vaš slučaj), jednostavno sarađujte i pošaljite dokumente koje traže. Nikada nisam koristio mifiniti, ali ako koristim slične novčanike (skrill), jednostavno morate da završite verifikaciju i to je to.

I dalje mi ne daju da podignem pare, dobro ću da objasnim svoju situaciju, vidi, tražili su sledeću dokumentaciju... ličnu kartu, dokaz o bankovnom računu itd. Dakle, sva moja dokumentacija je španska, ali ja sam iz Brazila, tako da već dugi niz godina živim u Španiji. U stvari, imam špansko državljanstvo i u Španiji sam samozaposlen, mislim da imam mali biznis pa ponekad ne razumem zašto mi odbijaju dokumentaciju, ali hej, nastaviću da pokušavam, hvala na svemu 😊
