Pozdrav, potpuno ista stvar se događa i meni, već sam potvrdio KYC račun i zatražio povlačenje 7000, primio sam e-poruku s potvrdom podijeljenu na različita plaćanja od 500, koja sam čekao 3 tjedna da jedna e-pošta stigne potpuno ista vaše mi kažete da su mi već izvršili uplatu 500 (1 od traženih), a nakon 2 dana dobio sam "Odbij", tražio sam pomoć putem chata i ne daju mi razloge, također sam kontaktirao podršku i oni to čine ne odgovoriti na nekoliko poruka koje sam poslao. Pred jučerašnji dan primio sam još jedan email koji potvrđuje uplatu još 500, koji sam danas provjerio i ponovo je odbijen.
Prijatelju, jesi li mogao da se povučeš? Koju ste metodu koristili? Koristio sam bankovni transfer Latinske Amerike (7000) i 500 koje su odbili ponovo sam se prijavio za bankovni transfer (nadam se da neće ponovo dati grešku)

Hola, a mi también me sucede exactamente lo mismo, ya verifiqué la cuenta KYC, y solicité el retiro de 7000, me llego el correo de confirmación fraccionando en distintos pagos de 500, el cual esperé 3 semanas para que me llegue 1 correo exactamente igual al tuyo diciéndome que ya me hicieron el pago de 500 (1 de los solicitados) y a los 2 días me salió "Reject" pedí asistencia por el chat y no me dan razones, también me comuniqué al soporte y no me responden varios de los mensajes que he mandado. Ahora antes de ayer me llego otro correo de confirmación del pago se otros 500 el cual hoy revisé y me salió nuevamente rechazado..
Amigo, pudiste retirar? Que metodo usaste? Yo utilicé Latin America Bank Transfer (7000) y los 500 que rechazaron volví a solicitar por Bank Transfer (espero no vuelva a dar error)
