Yes, I have faced issues in the past where certain platforms required extremely high-resolution images of my passport and other documents. This led to multiple email exchanges until they were satisfied with the quality. Aside from that, I've not encountered any major hiccups during the verification process.

However, my primary concern isn't necessarily the verification itself but what happens to my personal details after I've provided them. It's the potential misuse or mishandling of this sensitive information that worries me, especially with newer or less established entities. And the reality is, once I've shared those documents, I may never truly know how they're being used or safeguarded.

Hmm, I'm wondering how high quality the documents must be if there was a problem with this. Of course, when it's all sorted out in the end, that's the important thing. 

As for your concern, I understand that sometimes players are suspicious or afraid to enter sensitive information. It's probably most important to put it where you don't feel it could be misused as you described. Of course, casinos or anything that has been verified by time is less prone to misuse the information and therefore I would always try to find out something about the casino. That's my opinion.

I have closed my account with the casino as they kept insisting for a passport copy with all information visible.

Thanks for the notice. I hope you won't come across the same situation again. In my books, Kuwait is still quite a risky region for payment providers and casinos when it comes to verification.

No offense. But what you mentioned is right because I had many accounts before in multiple casinos and there was no issue for verification or payments even withdrawals.

Anyone ever had a casino verify you, then when you cashout, retroactively unverify your proof of address? Also get your review from trustpilot removed?

Hi, first of all I would like to know that it would be nice if you write in the thread that you have already created in the frame of this topic. 

However, as for your problem, I haven't personally encountered it. Did you get any reason why both things happened ? Is it now necessary to send new documents regarding the address ? 

I noticed you filed a complaint, so I think it's a good move and we'll see where it gets us.

For now I will wait for your reply.

Hey, I didn't mean to say that you can't post in other threads. I just wanted to say that if you basically write the same thing in more than one thread, you'll already have an answer in that previous one. 

As for your complaint, it is being addressed by experts in the field. I'm just an admin on the forum. Of course our team will get to you as quickly as they can. You should be aware that there are quite a lot of complaints, so it's sometimes not possible to reply right away.
