Oh, I'm so sorry, does it reset after some time when you don't play or when you refresh the game? Or what caused it?

it just happens on its own after playing for x amount of time........ around 15 minutes maybe

Obviously, the provider will have it set up that way or it will be some bug in the game. Anyway, we can't fix this kind of thing, which is quite disappointing. So if it's happening all the time, I'm afraid it's probably not the best experience to play this game.😕
