I tried it and the way it works is that you get 200 spins in a weekly tournament and 500 spins in a monthly tournament. But you can play them as Radka said for any amount of time. So if you play 200 spins at once in a weekly tournament, you won't get any more. So therefore it doesn't apply that it resets over midnight or anything like that. Of course, every player has the same conditions and nobody has it any other way. 🙂
