Draga Natalija, molim vas da intervenišete. Iscrpljen sam od čekanja na povlačenje. Koristio sam sve moguće metode, prvi je bio metodom koji sam koristio za deponovanje i tri puta je otkazan, zatim sam koristio transfer na svoj bankovni račun (bankovni transfer) ali je i on nekoliko puta otkazan. Kažu da je problem u provajderu i ja sam to proverio kod provajdera. Potrebna su im dokumenta koja potvrđuju pokušaje prebacivanja. Frumzi ne predstavlja nijedan, a upravo mi je poslao ovo

Problem definitivno nije na strani provajdera. Apsolutno nisam zadovoljan takvom situacijom jer sam računao na taj novac, ukupno je 491 evro. Ja sam bespomoćan. Šta bih trebao da uradim?
