Pregledali smo nalog Valens50 i pronašli veze sa drugim nalozima u našem sistemu.
Ovo predstavlja kršenje naših uslova i odredbi.
Zbog toga smo, u skladu sa našim Opštim uslovima, poništili stanje i račun je zatvoren.
Molimo pogledajte naše Opšte uslove i odredbe u kojima se navodi:
„Dozvoljeno je registrovati samo jedan nalog po osobi, domaćinstvu, porodici, adresi domaćinstva, imejl adresi, računu za plaćanje (kreditna/debitna kartica, bankovni račun, e-novčanik, itd.), uređaju ili zajedničkom računarskom okruženju (tj. biblioteka, radno mesto, bratstvo, univerzitet ili škola itd.). Svako povlačenje sa duplikata računa smatraće se neovlašćenim i neće biti plaćeno."
„19. Zabranjena aktivnost: Sledeće aktivnosti su zabranjene na našem sajtu: [...] transfer sredstava između naloga igrača. [...]Ako se čini da ste ili ste pokušali da učestvujete u bilo kojoj od zabranjenih aktivnosti navedenih gore, imamo pravo da odbijemo sve zahteve za povlačenje, zamrznemo i uklonimo sva sredstva i zatvorimo vaš(e) nalog(e), i/ili da vas prijavimo regulatornom organu i svim drugim relevantnim vlastima, da povratimo od vas sve dobitke i isplate i bez obaveze da vam vratimo sredstva deponovana na našem sajtu."
[...] Ako se čini da ste ili ste pokušali da učestvujete u bilo kojoj od gore navedenih zabranjenih aktivnosti, imamo pravo da odbijemo sve zahteve za povlačenje, zamrznemo i uklonimo sva sredstva i zatvorimo vaše naloge i /ili vas prijaviti regulatornom organu i svim drugim relevantnim organima, povratiti od vas sve dobitke i isplate i nisu u obavezi da vam refundiraju sredstva deponovana na našoj veb lokaciji.

Thank you for your patience while we reviewed the complaint.
We have reviewed the account of Valens50 and found connections with other account/s on our system.
This is a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
Therefore, in line with our General Terms and Conditions, we voided the balance and the account has been closed.
Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions whereby it states:
"Only one account is allowed to be registered per person, household, family, household address, email address, payment account (credit/debit card, bank account, eWallet, etc.), device or shared computer environment (i.e library, workplace, fraternity, university or school etc.). Any withdrawal made from a duplicate account will be considered unauthorised and will not be paid."
"19. Prohibited activity: The following activities are prohibited on our site: [...] transferring funds amongst player accounts. [...]If it appears that you have or have attempted to participate in any of the prohibited activities set out above, we have the right to decline any withdrawal requests, freeze and remove any funds and close your account(s), and/or report you to the regulatory authority and any other relevant authorities, recover from you any winnings and payouts, and are under no obligation to refund to you any funds deposited on our site."
