Registrujem se i pokušavam da uplatim 3 puta sa malim iznosom da vidim da li je kazino pošten. Dobijam grešku svaki depozit i vidim da transakcija ostaje na čekanju.
Idem na razgovor za podršku i tražim da zatvorim moj nalog i agent to uradi. Sve je u redu do ovog trenutka. Posle 10 minuta dobijam automatsku e-poštu na kojoj je moj jedan depozit uspešno, čak je i račun zatvoren.
Zato se vraćam na podršku za ćaskanje i tražim deblokiranje mog naloga jer ovaj jedan depozit ide na moj nalog. Agent radi nekoliko minuta i kaže da je moj nalog u redu i da je sada deblokiran.
Onda počinje problem. Ne mogu da se prijavim i pitam od podrške za ćaskanje i putem e-pošte zašto ne mogu da se prijavim i samo odgovorim, dobijam na "blokirano je vašim zahtevom" Tako da ova podrška samo laže o ovome otvorena.
Pitam kako mogu da ga deblokiram sada i odgovaram: "Na vaš zahtev možemo da ga deblokiramo", ali oni to ne rade čak ni ja dam zahtev da ga deblokiram oko 12 puta.
Nisam siguran šta nije u redu u ovom kazinu
I register and try deposit 3 times with small amount to see if casino is fair. Get some error every deposit and i see transaction just stay pending.
I go chat support and ask closure my account and agent do it. Everything is ok to this moment. After 10 minutes i get automatic email at my one deposit is succesfully, even account is closed.
So i go back to chat support and i ask unblocked my account because this one deposit go to my account. Agent works few minutes and say my account is ok and unblocked now.
Then problem starts. Cannot login and ask from chat support and by email why i cannot login and only answer i get its at " its blocked by your request" So this support just lie about this open.
I ask how i can unblocked it now and answer is " At your request we can unblocked it" but they dont do it even i make request unblocked it about 12 times.
Not sure what's wrong on this casino
