The player from Germany requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

Zdravo, napravio sam depozit sa bonusom i odigrao ga bez ikakvih kršenja, i od tada sam podneo više zahteva za povlačenje od 13. avgusta, koji su svi stalno odbijani. Ovo nije zbog bilo kakvog kršenja bonusa (jer nisam prekršio nijedno), već navodno zbog tehničkih problema sa provajderom platnih usluga u kazinu. Tada mi je rečeno da je to očigledno zbog neuspelog povlačenja itd. Oni stalno pokušavaju da se opravdavaju i stalno izmišljaju nove razloge za odlaganje ili možda da uopšte ne obrađuju isplatu. Do sada sam podneo 7 ili 8 zahteva za povlačenje, od kojih su svi povučeni pod sumnjivim izgovorima.
Hello, I made a deposit with a bonus and played it through without any breaches, and have since then lodged multiple withdrawal requests since August 13th, all of which have been continually rejected. This is not due to any breaches from the bonus (as I have not violated any), but allegedly due to technical issues with the casino's payment service provider. Then I was told that this was apparently due to a failed withdrawal etc. They continually attempt to make excuses, and keep coming up with new reasons to delay or perhaps not process the payout at all. Up to now, I have made 7 or 8 withdrawal requests, all of which have been revoked under dubious pretenses.

Nicht wegen Bonus Verletzungen, (da ich diese nicht verletzt habe) sondern angeblich wegen technischer Probleme seitens des Casinos Zahlungs Anbieters. Dann wurde mir gesagt, Dann auf einmal wegen fehlgeschlagenem Rückzug usw. Sie reden sich immer wieder raus, und denken sich immer wieder neue Sachen aus, um die Auszahlung zu verzögern oder vielleicht auch garnicht auszuzahlen. Ich habe mittlerweile 7 oder 8 Auszahlungen beantragt, welche immer wieder mit fadenscheinigen Ausreden storniert wurden.
