Podnosim ovu žalbu, jer je osoblje kazina potpuno nesaradljivo i u ovom trenutku smatram da sam izgubio svoj novac.
Uplatio sam depozit 24.04. i još uvek nije uplaćen na moj saldo. Nakon nekog vremena čekanja pokušao sam da kontaktiram podršku kazina da provere - pogodite šta, ovaj kazino nema podršku putem ćaskanja uživo.
Onda sam se pridružio njihovom Diskord serveru, misleći da tamo moraju da ponude neku vrstu podrške (čet za igre mi se ne učitava), i otvorio sam tiket tamo (pretpostavljam da moraju da ponude neku podršku?).
Komunicirao sam sa nekom osobom, koja je tamo moderator, koja mi je rekla da je na poslu, i sa nekim drugim momcima koji su mi savetovali da moram da ih kontaktiram putem imejla - pa sam poslao par imejlova i još uvek nemam odgovor od 24.
Sredstva očigledno još uvek nedostaju, pa možete li, molim vas, pomoći? Hvala.
Mogu da obezbedim snimke ekrana moje komunikacije/imejla koji sam poslao/potvrdu o transakciji iz moje bankarske aplikacije ako je potrebno.

I am lodging this complaint, because the Casino Staff is totally uncooperative and at this point I am considering my funds lost.
I made a deposit on 24.04, and it still has not been credited to my balance. After waiting for some time I tried reaching the Casino support, so they can check - guess what, this casino has no live chat support.
I then joined their discord server, thinking they have to offer some kind of support there(the gaming chat does not load for me), and I opened a ticket there(guess they have to offer some support?).
I have communicated with some person, who is a Moderator there, who told me he was at work, and some other guys advising me I have to reach out via email - so I sent a couple of emails and I still have no reply from the 24th.
The funds are obviously still missing, so can you please help? Thanks.
I can provide any screenshots of my communication/the email I sent/the transaction receipt from my banking app if needed.
