Osim e-poruke sa potvrdom o uspešnom povlačenju 21.02.2025, da li ste primili još neku komunikaciju iz kazina?
Kao što sam već pomenuo, dobio sam samo e-poštu potvrde, nisu mi odgovorili na e-poštu. Nakon što sam nastavio komunikaciju sa podrškom putem ćaskanja, kako mi je agent pisao, obavestio je nadležno odeljenje, ali od njih nisam dobio nikakvu informaciju. Sada ćaskanje više nije dostupno i izgubio sam svu komunikaciju koju sam imao.
Da li ste tražili od kazina da vam dostavi potvrdu o uplati koja potvrđuje da je dobitak uspešno isplaćen?
Da, zatražio sam to od agenta putem ćaskanja. Opet je obećao da će to obavestiti nadležno odeljenje, ali još uvek nisam dobio nikakav dokument.

As I already mentioned I got only confirmation email, they didn't reply to my emails. After I continued communication with support via chat, as the agent wrote to me he informed relevant department but I didn't get any information from them. Now the chat is not available anymore and I lost all communication that I had.
Have you requested the casino to provide a payment receipt confirming that the winnings were successfully paid out?
Yes, I requested it from the agent via chat. Again he promised that will inform relevant department but I still didn't get any document.
Have you made any successful withdrawals from this casino before?
It was my first withdrawal.
