Poslao sam povlačenje, a nekoliko dana kasnije dobio sam e-mail da debitne kartice više nisu odobreni način plaćanja prilikom podizanja.
Zato sam nazvao banku da pitam zašto se moja debitna kartica ne može koristiti za podizanje.
Osoba sa kojom sam razgovarao je objasnila razlog, iz bezbednosnih razloga.
Zato se prijavljujem u kazino da razgovaram sa Live Chat-om, da pitam koji drugi načini plaćanja su mi bili dostupni za povlačenje sredstava.
Pitao sam Live Chat da li mogu da povučem putem bankovnog transfera i nadao sam se da će ovo biti opcija.
Live Chat mi je odgovorio da izaberem sa liste drugih debitnih kartica koje sam koristio u prošlosti. Očigledno nisu bili svesni da banke više ne dozvoljavaju da sredstva idu na debitne kartice.
Dakle, jedina druga opcija je bila da otvorite E novčanik, a depozit je morao da se napravi iz E novčanika da bi se izvršilo povlačenje.
Kasnije nakon što sam napravio depozit koristeći E novčanik, dobijam e-poštu od accounts@gate777.com govoreći mi da ako ne postoje drugi načini plaćanja koje koristim, da povučem bankovnim transferom i da ažuriram svoje bankovne podatke.
Sada bi to razbesnelo svakoga na toj poziciji.
Moje pitanje je..
Da li je to uobičajena praksa, želeći da vlasnik računa uplati još jedan depozit kako bi zatražio sredstva koja sam osvojio?
I ne dozvoli mi da povučem bankovnim transferom.
I submitted the withdrawl, and a couple of days later I recieved an email telling me that Debit cards are no longer an approved method of payments when making a withdrawl.
So I rang the bank to ask why my debit card cant be used for a withdrawl.
The person I spoke to explained the reason, due to security reasons.
So I log in to the casino to talk to Live Chat, to ask what other payment methods were available for me to withdrawl the funds to.
I asked Live Chat if I could withdrawl by means of Bank Tranfer, and was hoping this would be an option.
Live Chat responded by telling me to choose from a list of other debit cards I had used in the past. They obviously weren't aware tjat the banks are not permitting funds to go into debit cards anymore.
So the only other option was to Open an E wallet, and a deposit had to be made from the E wallet in order to make a withdrawl.
Later on after I had made a deposit using the E wallet, I recieve an email from accounts@gate777.com telling me that if there were no other payment methods that I an use, to withdrawl by Bank Transfer, and to update my banking details.
Now that would piss anyone off in that position.
My question is..
Is that a common practice, wanting the account holder to make another deposit in order to claim the funds I won?
And not allow me to withdrawl by Bank Tranfer.
