I wanted to pay out 100€ via eth, I used this deposit method before. Then I should verify myself again. Verification was then done after a few days and now gg.bet is stalling me with standard excuses and answers. Every chat supporter tells something different, it was supposedly transferred which is not true. I asked for the manager several times, which according to the support I am not entitled to. I repeatedly asked for the txn hash to verify the transfer to etherscan.io, which I was denied. According to support, the "special team" has been working on a solution for days, who believes it. So I ask you for help, maybe you will get more information or at least the txn hash (which is usually public)

Ich verlangte mehrfach den txn hash zur Überprüfung der Überweisung auf etherscan.io die mir verweigert wurde. Laut Support arbeitet das "special team" seit Tagen an einer Lösung, wer es glaubt. Somit bitte ich Sie um Hilfe, vielleicht bekommen Sie mehr Informationen raus oder zumindest den txn hash ( der ist in der Regel öffentlich)
