Specifically, multiple accounts associated with your account were created with the same or very similar IP and user agents indicating the use of the same device. Furthermore, the accounts were linked with the same payment methods. The combination of these factors cannot be regarded as just a mere coincidence. Casinos have a very strict policy regarding multiple account cases that have been used in this way. The casino has taken action in accordance with its terms and conditions, particularly rule 5.5.1, as previously communicated to you by the casino team.
