Uspešno smo ponovo uspostavili spoljnu komunikaciju sa Gizbo kazinom i oni su pružili pojašnjenje i prateće dokaze u vezi sa vašim slučajem. Nakon detaljnog pregleda, potvrdili smo predstavljene materijale.
Zbog strateške i bezbednosne politike kazina, ne mogu da otkrijem konkretne detalje o nalazima. Međutim, na osnovu dokaza, pokazalo se da je sumnja u aktivnosti u vezi sa sprečavanjem pranja novca bila osnovana. S obzirom na ove okolnosti, nemam izbora nego da odbijem vašu žalbu kao neopravdanu .
Razumem da ovo možda nije ishod kojem ste se nadali i žalim što nisam mogao da pružim povoljnije rešenje u ovom slučaju. We have successfully reestablished external communication with Gizbo Casino and they have provided clarification and supporting evidence regarding your case. After a thorough review, we have validated the materials presented.
Due to the casino's strategic and security policies, I am unable to disclose specific details about the findings. However, based on the evidence, it has been demonstrated that the suspicion of AML-related activities was reasonably founded. Given these circumstances, I have no choice but to reject your complaint as unjustified.
