Prvo sam pokušao da podignem 3514,87 evra putem kriptovalute, što su oni 5 puta odbili i odgovorili da moram da izvršim SEPA transfer. To je bilo 11. oktobra.
Dakle, izvršio sam SEPA transfer preko IBAN-a, što je kasnije postalo „uspeh".
Zatim sam nakon nekoliko dana napisao njihovoj korisničkoj službi da još nisam dobio novac, a oni su mi odgovorili da treba da nastavim da čekam, a ako novac ne stigne na moj račun, vratiće se na moj kazino račun.
Tako da sam nastavio da čekam, i posle nekih 14 dana ponovo sam pisao i dobio odgovor da je transfer na njihovoj strani uspeo, a oni su poslali potvrdu da je novac poslat od njih. U kontaktu sam sa njima poslednje četiri nedelje, a oni stalno govore da su poslali novac i da ne mogu ništa više da urade i da treba da kontaktiram svoju banku. Ja sam kontaktirao svoju banku tri puta i oni su mi potvrdili da ni oni ni ja nisu primili novac.
