Uprkos tome što je legalna i licencirana kompanija ovlašćena za rad u Portugalu, čini se da se Goldenpark muči sa plaćanjem svojih klijenata.
Imam 140€ koje ne mogu da podignem jer kažu da imam još jedan nalog povezan sa mojom IP adresom što nije tačno. Šaljem ono što su tražili od mene i dao sam im i selfi sa ličnom kartom da im dam još jedan dokaz.
Poslao sam sva dokumenta potrebna za verifikaciju naloga. Verifikovali su moj nalog i rekao sam im u ćaskanju da nemam bankovni račun i odgovorili su da to nije problem. Da uplatim preko paisafecard-a što sam i uradio. Sada mi ne daju da podignem svoj novac preko paisafecard-a ili nečeg drugog i rekli su da imam drugi nalog sa ovim IP-om kao što sam rekao ranije.
Ne odgovaraju na telefonske pozive, ne odgovaraju na e-poštu, a ja sam proveo više od 6 sati (rasprostranjenih na više dana) čekajući u ćaskanju da mi se uspešno obrati. (onda su od mene tražili sve)
Naglašavam da ova kompanija postaje poznata ne samo po tome što ne verifikuje naloge, već i po tome što optužuje mnoge korisnike da su njihovi nalozi povezani sa drugom IP adresom kao što su to uradili meni, čime ne verifikuje naloge i izbegava odgovornost za plaćanje.
Ako moje povlačenje ne bude obrađeno, podneću žalbu i posavetovati sve ostale koji se suočavaju sa istim problemima da mi se pridruže u prijavljivanju direktno Službi za regulaciju i inspekciju igara (SRIJ), jer sam uradio sve što su rekli kao igranje depozita i oni me varaju i mislim da ovaj kazino postaje prevara.

I have 140€ which I can't withdraw because they say I have another account associated to my IP Adress what it's not true. I send what they asked my to send and also gave them a selfie with my ID to give them another proof.
I sent all the documents needed to verify my account. They verified my account and I told them in chat that I didn't had bank account and they responded that wasn't a problem. To deposit via paysafecard which I did. Now they don't let me withdraw my money via paysafecard or something else and said that I had another account with this IP like I said before.
They don't answer phone calls, they don't respond to emails, and I've spent more than 6 hours (spread across multiple days) waiting in the chat to be successfully attended to. (they then asked me for everything)
I highlight that this company is becoming known not only for not verifying accounts, but also for accusing many users of having their accounts associated with another IP address like they did to me, thereby not verifying the accounts and avoiding the responsibility to make the payments.
If my withdrawal isn't processed, I will file a complaint and advise everyone else who is facing these same issues to join me in reporting this directly to the Service of Regulation and Inspection of Games (SRIJ), because I did everything they said like playing the deposit and they are tricking me and I think this casino are becoming a scam.
