Kazino mi ne dozvoljava da se povučem, menadžment kazina je jasno zaključao moj račun. Svaki put kada odemo da izvršimo povlačenje, piše ista stvar kontaktiraj korisničku podršku i kada to uradim, oni mi kažu da kontaktiram podršku putem e-pošte, a podrška e-poštom ne radi ništa osim da se pretvara da nema zahteva za povlačenje.
Treba napomenuti da poslednji put kada sam bio u ovom kazinu nisu hteli ni da mi plate jer sam pobedio, ne sviđa im se što su me kaznili tako što su mi uklonili sve bonuse što je u redu. Ne treba mi to. Ipak, sada odbijaju da mi plate i prave se glupi, što očigledno jesu, ali preteruju i ulepšavaju to.
Svaki put kada idem da crtam, ovo je ista stvar. Nije greška, to nije ništa drugo nego nameran potez da me blokirate postavljanjem ovog ograničenja na moj nalog. Kic sam verifikovan. I piše kada idem na povlačenje na sledeći način: „Uplata nije mogla da se obradi u ovom trenutku

Neće napredovati, neće ništa da urade po tom pitanju, prave se kao da ne postoji, kažu da ne tražim, ali jasno jesam.
Srećom, normalno, kada vas regrutujem za ovo posredovanje, oni brzo promene mišljenje, umesto da se bave gubitkom reputacije i poteškoćama da se svađaju sa nekim ko je očigledno prošao kroz ovo mnogo puta sa drugim kockarnicama i nije tako lako manipulisati.
I nadamo se da je ovo slučaj sa ovim.
Odmah ću bojkotovati ovaj kazino i pregledaću ih na pilotu poverenja na bilo kom drugom mestu nakon ovog iskušenja, na način koji odražava moje iskustvo sa ovom grupom lažova, tako da će moje kritike biti veoma negativne.
Casino will not let me withdrawal, a lock has been placed on my account by Casino management clearly. Every time we go to make it withdrawal it says the same thing contact customer support and when I do they tell me to contact email support and email support does nothing except pretend like there's no withdrawal request to being made.
It should be noted the last time I was at this casino they did not want to pay me as well because I won they don't like that they penalized me by removing all my bonuses which is fine I don't need that. Nonetheless they refuse to pay me now and play stupid which they clearly are but are exaggerating and embellishing upon it.
Each time I go to draw is this the same thing. It is not an error it's not anything but a deliberate move to block me by placing this restriction upon my account I'm kyc verified. And it says when I go to withdrawal as follows, "The payment could not be processed at this time
Please try again or contact support for assistance"
It will not move forward, they will do nothing about it they pretend like it doesn't exist, they say I'm not making requests but I clearly am.
Thankfully normally when I recruit you for this mediation they quickly change thier minds, rather than deal with the reputation loss and the difficulty of arguing with somebody who's clearly gone through this many many times with other casinos and not that easy to manipulate.
And hopefully this is the case with this one.
I will be boycotting this casino immediately and I will be reviewing them on trust pilot in anywhere else following this ordeal, in a way that reflects my experience with this group of liars, so my reviews will be very negative.
