Greška je bila u tome što su njihovi depozitni bonusi bili loše napravljeni i ako biste pokušali da ga otkažete sa manje novca nego što ste započeli, on bi bio otkazan, što bi omogućilo povlačenje celog novca. Nakon što sam ovo uradio i uz odobrena povlačenja, napravio sam druge nezavisne depozite i oni su zadržali taj novac, ako imaju grešku na veb stranici to je njihova greška i moraju preuzeti odgovornost za svoje greške, ali ne mogu zadržati moj novac jer, prema ToS-u, nisam ništa prekršio tako da ne vrate iznos mojih depozita, u stvari su mi rekli „Stoga smo odbili vaše zahteve za povlačenje i odbili DODATNI IZNOS koji vam je dodeljen greškom sa vašeg računa ." ali depozite nisu vratili, odbili su sav novac. Poslednje objašnjenje koje su mi dali bilo je pre nedelju dana i od tada im pišem, ali nažalost nisu mi odgovorili
