Molim vas pomozite mi! Igrao sam Ice kazino i osvojio 3000 eur 21/11. Zatražio sam povlačenje i dobio e-poštu od kazina da je moj zahtev za povlačenje prihvaćen. Posle nekoliko dana čekanja želeo sam da se prijavim na svoj profil igrača da proverim da li ima ažuriranja statusa plaćanja i prepoznao sam da je moj nalog blokiran. Kada sam kontaktirao korisničku podršku, rekli su mi da je blokiran jer sam se prijavljivao iz Nemačke ili koristio vpn 07/11, ali definitivno nisam jer igram iz Letonije, jer je dozvoljeno i nema smisla da koristim bilo koji vpn ili druge uređaje za igranje. Imao sam razgovore sa nekoliko asistenata i sve što mogu da mi kažu da je ovo odluka administracije da blokira moj nalog jer sam prekršio neko njihovo pravilo što nisam 100%, jedino što mi svi stalno govore je da će deblokirati moj račun ako prihvatim da poništim svoj poslednji dobitak od 3000 eur sa ne bih uradio! Nisam ništa prekršio, tražio sam da se izjasne da radim nešto loše, ali oni samo kažu da je to poverljiva informacija i da neće dati dokaze. 07/11 sam takođe igrao i koristio javni vifi koji sam im već rekao, to bi moglo biti jedino pitanje zašto bi moglo da pokaže zašto igram iz druge zemlje, što sam im rekao, ali oni čak ni ne slušaju, samo nastavljaju govoreći istu stvar. Poslao sam im svoju lokaciju, ugovore o svom bankovnom računu tog dana da bih dokazao da nisam u Nemačkoj ili da ne koristim vpn (na mom telefonu čak nije ni konfigurisan vpn). Mislim da oni jednostavno ne žele da plate... Pročitao sam dosta povratnih informacija igrača da ice casino neće platiti i uvek ima problema sa njima. Imam sve snimke ekrana za ćaskanje i druge informacije koje ću podeliti sa vama ako bude potrebno i to bi moglo da pomogne! Please help me! I was playing Ice casino and won 3000 eur on 21/11. I requested withdrawall and got the email from casino that my withdrawall regust has been accepted. After few days of waiting I wanted to log into my players profile to check is there any payment status updates and recognized that my account is blocked. When I contacted customer service they told me that it has ben blocked becouse i was loging in from Germany or using vpn on 07/11 but I definettly wasnt since Im playing from Latvia witch is allowed and there is no point for me to use any vpn's or other devices to play. I had conversations with several assistants and all they can say to me that this is administrations decision to block my acount because I was wiolating some of their rule witch i 100% wasnt, only thing that all of them keep telling me is rhat they will unblock my account if I will accept woiding my last winnings of 3000 eur with I would no do! I havent violated anything, I was asking them to profe that I was doing something wrong but they just say that this is confidentional information and they will not deliver any proofs. On 07/11 i was playing as well and was using public wifi that I allready told to them, that could be the only issue why it could show why im playing from other country witch i told them but they are not even listening, just keeps telling the same thing. I have sent them my location, my bank account deals on that day to proofe that im wasnt on germany or wasnt using vpn ( there is not even vpn configured on my phone). I think that they just dont want to pay... i have read a lot of player feedbacks that ice casino wount pay and allways there are problems with them.
