da, napravio sam samo jedan nalog za uranjanje.
da, moj partner takođe ima nalog za koji pretpostavljam da je sada razlog zašto je moj blokiran iz duplih razloga? Ovo je bilo nešto čega nisam znao i nakon što sam pogledao odredbe i uslove navedene na veb stranici, nema ništa o tome. Takođe ste videli da je često razlog zašto se ne dozvoljavaju dva naloga u istom domaćinstvu/IP adresi izbegavanje traženja dvostrukih bonusa. Želeo bih da kažem da sam primio/nisam zatražio nikakve bonuse na svom nalogu.
bez obzira na razlog zašto je moj nalog blokiran, zaista bih želeo da vratim svoj novac. Drago mi je da zatvorim svoj nalog ako je neko pravilo greškom prekršeno sa moje strane, ali ne razumem kako mogu uopšte da ne komuniciraju i zadrže sav moj novac?

yes I have made only one account on immerion.
yes, my partner also has an account which I’m guessing is now the reason mine was blocked for duplicate reasons? This was something I was unaware of and after looking the terms and conditions stated on the website, there is nothing about this. Have also seen that often the reason for not allowing two accounts in the same household/IP address is to avoid claiming double bonuses. Would like to state that I received /did not claim any bonuses on my account.
regardless of the reason as to why my account has been blocked, I would really just like to get my money back. I’m happy to close my account if a rule has mistakenly been broken on my end, however I don’t understand how they can just not communicate at all and keep all my money?
