Hvala vam puno što ste podneli žalbu. Žao mi je što čujem za vaš problem. Proverio sam uslove i odredbe i evo šta sam našao:
„Iznos depozita mora biti opkladen najmanje 3 (tri) puta za Kazino/Kazino uživo opklade i/ili 1 (jedan) put za Sportske opklade pre nego što zatražite povlačenje."
To znači da ako ste deponovali €10, morate da položite opklade u iznosu od €30 pre nego što budete u mogućnosti da podignete svoj dobitak. Nije neobično da kazino ima ovo pravilo. Neka kazina zahtevaju klađenje na depozit od 1k, a neka 3k, ali možete pronaći kazina sa još većim zahtevima za ulaganje za deponovani novac.
Nažalost, pošto ste izgubili svoja sredstva, ne možemo mnogo da uradimo. Razumem da se to nikada ne bi dogodilo da ste mogli da povučete iz prvog pokušaja, ali u ovom trenutku ne možemo tražiti od kazina da vam refundira izgubljeni dobitak.
Iz gore navedenih razloga, ova žalba će sada biti odbijena. Hvala vam na razumevanju, žao mi je što ovom prilikom nismo mogli više pomoći. Ne ustručavajte se da nas kontaktirate ako u budućnosti naiđete na probleme sa ovim ili bilo kojim drugim kazinom.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the terms and conditions, and this is what I found:
"The deposit amount must be wagered at least 3 (three) times for Casino/Live Casino bets and/or 1 (one) time for Sports bets prior to requesting a withdrawal."
It means that if you have deposited €10 you need to place bets in the amount of €30 before you’ll be able to withdraw your winnings. It is not unusual for a casino to have this rule. Some casinos require deposit wagering of 1x, some 3x, but you can find casinos with even higher wagering requirements for deposited money.
Unfortunately, since you lost your funds, there is not much we can do. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings.
Due to the aforementioned reasons, this complaint will now be rejected. Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.
