Nagrade od 3,373 € su otkazane bez ikakvog posebnog razloga. Nijedan bonus nije korišćen sa prethodnim depozitima.
Dobio sam sledeću poruku kada je odgovarajuća isplata otkazana:
„Naše odeljenje bezbednosti je identifikovalo aktivnost na vašem nalogu, što se smatra prevarom.
S tim u vezi, vaš nalog je suspendovan i svi dobici su konfiskovani.
Ako u budućnosti saznamo da ste otvorili novi račun u našem kazinu, računi će takođe biti zatvoreni i sva sredstva konfiskovana.
Prijavite se na svoj nalog, podnesite zahtev za povlačenje i nakon njegovog odobrenja vaš nalog će biti potpuno zatvoren.
Ovu odluku donela je uprava našeg kazina i ne podleže daljem razmatranju".
Zatražite pojašnjenje, a posebno istraživanje razloga za brisanje profita.
Nisu prekršeni nikakvi uslovi i kazino to ne pominje. Postoji samo jedan račun u kazinu na moje ime/sa mojim identitetom.

Ask for clarification and in particular research into the reasons for the deletion of the profits.
No terms and conditions were violated and the casino does not mention this. There is only one account at the casino in my name/with my identity.

Ohne Angabe konkreter Gründe wurden Gewinne in Höhe von 3.373€ storniert. Mit den vorherigen Einzahlungen wurde kein Bonus genutzt.
Folgende Nachricht habe ich erhalten, als die entsprechende Auszahlung storniert wurde:

Bitte um Auflärung und insbesondere Erforschung der Gründe für das Löschen der Gewinne.
Es wurden keine AGB verletzt und vom Casino wird dies auch nicht erwähnt. Bei dem Casino existiert nur ein einziger Account auf meinen Namen/mit meiner Identität.
