- Fotografija treba da bude jasna i visokog kvaliteta.
- Informacije u dokumentu treba da budu jasno vidljive.
- Vaše lice treba da bude u potpunosti vidljivo i da ne bude pokriveno dokumentom.
Da li ste otpremili svoj selfi u ispravnom formatu i da li ispunjava sve gore navedene uslove?
Kada ste poslednji put postavili selfi sa ličnom kartom?
Kada ste poslednji put komunicirali sa korisničkom podrškom kazina u vezi sa vašom verifikacijom?

- The photo should be clear and of high quality.
- The document's information should be clearly visible.
- Your face should be fully visible and not covered by the document.
Have you uploaded your selfie in the correct format and does it meet all the requirements mentioned above?
When was the last time you uploaded a selfie with your ID?
When was the last time you communicated with the casino customer support regarding your verification?
