Zdravo Nick, da, moj nalog je u potpunosti verifikovan, i sa njima najmanje 6 meseci do pre otprilike 2 nedelje, kada sam podneo žalbu i kada su uklonili moj nalog, iv je u kazinu deponovao preko 800 funti, nikada nisam obradio povlačenje odatle ne, nisam siguran u stanje na mom računu do sada. Nemam pristup nalogu jer su ga odmah uklonili. Dobio sam svu e-poštu od potvrde depozita, da pokažem koliko sam tamo potrošio. Poslednji put sam razgovarao sa kazinom pre otprilike sat vremena, nakon što su mi rekli isto što su mi govorili od kako se osećam kao da me muče. Priložiću neke snimke ekrana da pokažem svoju prepisku sa njima i sa čime se na kraju suočavam. Možete videti kako su mi rekli da je moj povraćaj izdat, a zatim su me naveli i vratili tamo gde su rekli da je to nepravedno. Ovo je samo nekoliko ćaskanja koje sam dobio. Hi nick, yes my account was fully verified, and with them for at least 6 months up until about 2 week ago, when i filed the complaint and they removed my account,iv despotised over £800 at the casino, i never processed a withdrawal from there no, i'm unsure of my account balance as of now. I don't have access to the account as they instantly removed it. I have got all email from deposit confirms though, to show how much i spent there. I last spoke with the casino about an hour ago, after they told me the same thing they have been telling me for what feels like forever, tormenting me.
