da li ste uspeli da prođete video verifikaciju?
Odgovor: Do danas, Jugabet služba za korisnike nije me kontaktirala da uradim video verifikaciju, uprkos tome što je insistirala u nekoliko navrata. 25. decembra 2024., osoblje korisničke službe mi je reklo da treba da urade video verifikaciju i rekli su mi da im dam datum i vreme da to urade. U 3 navrata sam im dao datum i vreme da me kontaktiraju, ali u sva 3 navrata pomoćno osoblje me je ostavilo da visi i nije me kontaktiralo. Takođe mi nisu dali nikakvo objašnjenje zašto me nisu kontaktirali, jer su me sami pitali za datum i vreme kada će me kontaktirati.
Nakon navedenog, u 2 navrata sam pisao osoblju za podršku da saznam kada će me kontaktirati da uradim video verifikaciju, ali su mi samo odgovorili da će me kontaktirati radi koordinacije video verifikacije, što se nije dogodilo.
S druge strane, čini mi se veoma čudnim što jugabet nema ugrađenu opciju u svoj sajt da direktno izvrši video verifikaciju, kao što to rade drugi sajtovi. Navedeno me još više tera da sumnjam u ovaj proces i mislim da oni samo „kupe vreme" da konačno zatvore moj nalog i zadrže moj novac koji se nalazi na mom Jugabet nalogu.
Da li ste u kazinu uspeli da saznate koja su to konkretna pravila navodno prekršila koja su dovela do ograničenja na vašem nalogu? Ako jeste, možete li podeliti tu informaciju?
Odgovor: Kada sam kontaktirao jugabet pomoćno osoblje putem ćaskanja na sajtu, rekli su mi da ne mogu da isplaćujem novac ili da se kladim na sport na sajtu, jer sam prekršio pravila korišćenja sajta. Kada sam ih pitao koja pravila sam prekršio, pomoćno osoblje mi je odgovorilo da nemaju taj detalj i da moram da kontaktiram da dobijem taj detalj.
Kada sam kontaktirao , osoblje korisničke podrške mi je samo reklo da moram da prođem dodatni proces provere identiteta, a da je jugabet zadržao pravo na to. Nisu mi potvrdili ono što su mi rekli službenici za podršku ćaskanja na sajtu jugabet, a nisu mi dali nikakve detalje o tome koja pravila sam „navodno" prekršio.
Da li ste možda prekršili neka pravila sportskog klađenja ?
Odgovor: 100% sam siguran da nisam prekršio nijedno pravilo jugabet sajta. Već duže vreme se kladim na sport na raznim sajtovima i generalno nisam imao većih problema.

Answer: To this day, Jugabet customer service staff has not contacted me to do the video verification, despite having insisted on several occasions. On December 25, 2024, customer service staff told me that they needed to do a video verification, and they told me to give them a date and time to do it. On 3 occasions, I gave them a date and time to contact me, but on all 3 occasions, support staff left me hanging, and did not contact me. After the above, on 2 occasions I wrote to support staff to find out when they would contact me to do the video verification, but they only responded that they would contact me to coordinate the video verification, which has not happened.
On the other hand, I find it very strange that jugabet does not have an option built into its site to do the video verification directly, as other sites do. The above makes me doubt this process even more, and I think they are just "buying time" to finally close my account and keep my money that is in my Jugabet account.
Have you been able to find out from the casino what specific rules you allegedly violated that led to the restrictions on your account? If so, could you please share that information?
Answer: When I contacted jugabet support staff via the site's chat, they told me that I could not make withdrawals or bet on sports on the site, because I had violated the site's rules of use. When I asked them what rules I had violated, support staff told me that they did not have that detail, and that I had to contact support@jugabet.cl to obtain that detail.
When I contacted support@jugabet.cl, customer support staff only told me that I had to go through an additional identity verification process, and that jugabet reserved the right to do that. They did not confirm what the jugabet site's chat support staff told me, and they did not give me any kind of detail about what rules I had "supposedly" violated.
Did you possibly violate any sports betting rules?
Answer: I am 100% sure that I have not violated any rules of the jugabet site. I have been betting on sports on various sites for quite some time now, and in general, I have not had any major problems.
