Dobio sam dokaze koji podržavaju odluku kazina. Nažalost, nakon prikupljanja svih potrebnih informacija, ovu žalbu odbijamo kao neopravdanu zbog kršenja odredbi i uslova kazina – konkretno, kršenja sledećih uslova: 18.2.3, 18.3.3. i 18.3.4.
Iako video snimak nije bio dostupan, audio snimak je pružio dovoljno dokaza da potkrepi presudu kazina.
Žao nam je, nismo bili u mogućnosti da vam pomognemo sa ovim, ali molim vas, ne ustručavajte se da nas kontaktirate u budućnosti, ako naiđete na bilo kakve probleme sa nekim drugim kazinom. Tu smo da pomognemo.
Ako niste zadovoljni rešenjem za pritužbu, preporučujem vam da konsultujete organ za kockanje koji reguliše kazino.

I was provided with evidence supporting the casino's decision. Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions - specifically, violating the following terms: 18.2.3, 18.3.3. and 18.3.4.
Although the video recording was not available, the audio recording provided enough evidence to back up the casino's verdict.
