Teško mi je da povučem novac iz ovog kazina. Danas je peti put da je moje povlačenje odbijeno. Uprkos tome što sam već poslao svoja dokumenta i dobio sam e-poštu da je moj nalog verifikovan, moja povlačenja se i dalje odbijaju bez jasnog razloga.
Prvi put kada je moje povlačenje odbijeno, putem ćaskanja uživo sam obavešten da moram da otpremim dodatni bankovni dokument. Pa sam otpremio dokument i pokušao da ga povučem drugi put. Potom je ponovo odbijen, razlog što je „dokument nije potreban". Svi naredni pokušaji povlačenja su odbijeni bez mejla sa objašnjenjem zašto.
Dakle, tražili su dokumente dok je moj nalog već verifikovan, onda mi kažu da im dokument ne treba i još uvek su odbili moje povlačenje... ćaskanje uživo mi ne daje objašnjenje dok za ovo... U nemoj shvati šta ovo znači...
I am having a difficult time making a withdrawal from this casino. Today is the 5th time that my withdrawal got rejected. Despite that I have already sent my documents and I have received a in email saying that my account has been verified, my withdrawals are still getting rejected without a clear reason.
The first time my withdrawal got rejected, I was informed by live chat that I need to upload additional bank document. So I uploaded the document, and tried to withdraw second time. Then it got rejected again, reason being "document not needed". All subsequent attempts to withdraw were rejected without an email explaining why.
So they wanted documents while my account is already verified, then they tell me they don't need the document and still rejected my withdrawal... the live chat does not give me an explanation as while for this... In don't understand what is the meaning of this...
