Deponovao sam 10.000 i dobio sam bonus od 10.000. Kasnije sam počeo da kladim i skoro sam završio 75% i mogao sam da završim celo klađenje u narednih sat vremena.
Onda je odjednom klađenje prestalo čak i nakon što sam dao odgovarajuće opklade. Kontaktirao sam podršku i rekli su da će ispitati i do tada će mi račun biti blokiran.
Prošlo je skoro mjesec dana i prije 2 sedmice sam primio samo jedan mail u kojem se navodi da će me obavijestiti čim se istraga završi.
Uobičajeno sam dao samo neke opklade, a čak su i one smanjile moju maksimalnu veličinu opklade dok sam se kladio.
Nijednom kazinu treba 1 mjesec za ovo.
Samo želim da svi znaju da se to dešava svima ako postoji softverski problem/kvar.
Kazino guru je već riješio moje prethodne probleme pa mislim da bi to mogli brzo riješiti.

I deposited 10,000 and i got a bonus of 10,000. Later I started wagering and i almost completed 75% and i could have completed whole wagering in next 1 hour or so.
Then suddenly the wagering stopped even after I placed eligible bets. I contacted support and they said they will investigate and till then my account will be blocked.
It's been almost 1 month and i only recieved one mail 2 weeks ago stating they will get me updated as soon as investigation is done.
Common i only placed like some bets and even they reduced my maximum bet size while I wagered.
No casino takes 1 month for this.
I just want everyone to know that this happens to everyone if there is a software problem/ glitch.
Already casino guru solved my previous problems so i think they might solve it quickly.
