Tako mi je žao, nisam objavio da ste odgovorili - izvinite što nisam odgovorio.
Da odgovorim na vaša pitanja,
Ne, nisam im ništa rekao direktno. Imam blokade na svojoj (bankovnoj) kartici kao zaštitu više od bilo čega drugog.
Od tada su mi blokirali račun u Magijusu, ali to je zato što sam izdao zvaničnu žalbu i prijavio ih kiparskim vlastima, kao i zahtevajući povraćaj svih depozita.
Takođe sam pokušao da stupim u kontakt sa nekim od ovih „lukavih" trgovaca koje koriste, ali se vrtim u krug. Sa interesovanjem primećujem da se ljudi sada žale na Trust Pilot da čak ni ne isplaćuju dobitke. I takođe, ako ste za njih ostavili pozitivnu recenziju, neko je odgovarao na njih, oni to ni sada ne rade.
Povraćaj novca koji mi je potreban je zapravo 3250 funti, sabravši sve. Zamolio sam ih pola tuceta puta da odgovore i vrate novac.

I am so sorry, I hadn't released you had responded - excuse my lack of response.
To answer your questions,
No I hadn't said anything to them directly. I have blocks on my (bank) card as a safeguard more than anything else.
They have since blocked my account at Magius but that's because I issued a formal complaint and reported them to the Cyprus authorities, as well as demanding a refund of all deposits.
I have also tried to contact some of these 'dodgy' merchants they use but I'm running around in circles. I note, with interest, that people are now complaining on Trust Pilot that they are not even paying people's winnings. And also, if you left a positive review for them, someone was responding to those, they are not even doing that now.
The refund I require is actually £3250, having added everything up. I have asked them half a dozen times to respond and refund.
