21., 22. i 23. tražio sam povlačenje 500 € svakog dana. Rečeno je da će povlačenje od 21. stići za 3 do 5 radnih dana. Dakle, danas, petak, poslednji dan, još uvek nisam dobio nikakvu uplatu. Korisnička služba vam samo kaže da postoji kašnjenje i da je vaš slučaj eskaliran da bi se rešio što je pre moguće. 10. ovog meseca sam tražio 500 evra i trebalo je 8 radnih dana. Rekli su mi da je to problem odlaganja i da se to više neće ponoviti. Ponovo se dešava, i ovim tempom, da bih dobio tri isplate od po 500 €, moram da čekam mesec dana! Veoma su spori i ne nude nikakva rešenja! Samo želim da primim svoj dobitak.

El dia 21, 22 y 23 solicite cada dia un retiro de 500€, el retiro del dia 21 se me dijo que llegaria en 3 a 5 dias habiles, por lo tanto hoy viernes ultimo dia, sigue sin pagarme nada, atencion al cliente solo te dice que hay demora y que se ha escalado tu caso para atenderse lo antes posible, el dia 10 de este mes solicite 500€ y tardaron 8 dias habiles y me dijeron que habia sido un problema de demora y que no volveria a pasar, esta volviendo a pasar a este ritmo para recibir los 3 retiros de 500€ cada uno tengo que estar un mes! Son muy lentos y no te da ninguna solucion! Solo quiero cobrar mis ganancias
