I have been trying to withdraw my funds for quite some time now, and I always receive a negative response from your site. As has happened to many others, I am told that I must use the same method for withdrawal as I used for the deposit. However, I have tried each of the methods (waiting the mandatory 5-minute lockout for each), and none have allowed me to withdraw my funds. Support advised me to withdraw the funds through Webpay (where I know I made the transfer), but even then, I am told that I cannot withdraw my funds because it is not the same method used for the deposit. I am considering giving up on recovering my funds. I request your support to reach a satisfactory resolution for this problem. I also recommend that you change your policies or disable withdrawal methods that do not work automatically to avoid these frequent complaints, which I unfortunately only read after betting with your casino.

he estado intentando retirar mis fondos ya hace bastante tiempo y siempre tengo una respuesta negativa por parte de la pagina, dado que como ya muchas personas le ha pasado, me indica que debo ocupar el mismo método del deposito para retirar. sin embargo he pasado uno por uno por todos los métodos (teniendo que esperar esos 5 minutos de bloqueo) y ningún método me ha dejado retirar mis fondos, desde soporte, me indicaron que retirara los fondos a través de webpay (donde se que hice la transferencia) y aun asi me indica que no puedo hacer el retiro de mis fondos por no ser el mismo método del deposito. ya no se si dar por perdido los fondos, por lo cual solicito de su apoyo para poder llegar a un acuerdo satisfactorio al cliente por este problema, también recomiendo que cambien las políticas o deshabiliten los métodos de retiro que no funcionan automáticamente, para que no tengan estas quejas tan constantes que lamentablemente leo después de haber apostado en la casa de apuestas.

I think that they have a method to deposit funds, and then force you to continue betting to make another withdrawal is really a terrible experience. I will not recommend this betting house.

I will do what they report and then I will comment if I was able to withdraw my funds.
