Javljam se u vezi sa problemom sa mojim nalogom u Megapari kazinu (ID igrača: 720642889). Zatražio sam zatvaranje svog računa 8. januara 2025., ali je račun odmah zatvoren bez mogućnosti da podignem svoj preostali iznos od 2.900 AED.
Više puta sam kontaktirao Megaparijev tim za podršku, ali oni nisu bili u mogućnosti da pomognu ili daju bilo kakvu jasnoću u vezi sa situacijom. Pored toga, njihovi uslovi i odredbe ne objašnjavaju jasno kako se rukuje sredstvima u takvim slučajevima, a ja nisam obavešten o svom stanju pre zatvaranja računa.

I am reaching out regarding an issue with my account at Megapari Casino (Player ID: 720642889). I requested the closure of my account on 8 January 2025, but the account was closed immediately without giving me the opportunity to withdraw my remaining balance of AED 2,900.
I contacted Megapari’s support team multiple times, but they have been unable to assist or provide any clarity regarding the situation. Additionally, their terms and conditions do not clearly explain how funds are handled in such cases, and I have not been informed of my balance before account closure.
I have previously played at other casinos like Stake.com, where I was allowed to withdraw funds before account closure, but Megapari did not offer me this option.
I kindly request assistance in recovering my funds, either by reopening the account temporarily to allow a withdrawal or by processing the funds directly to my payment method.
