I have been unable to login and access my funds and my Megapari casino account for more than a month.
My megapari account has been blocked and deactivated by Megapari all of sudden.
I was requested to share my Original e-aadhar card downloaded and Screenshot showing my e-aadhaar aswell logged in from the official government site from the Government site which I have done and sent to the Megapari support and security team many times but there has been no response from the Megapari teams.
I have done live-chat with Megapari casino team since email team does not respond back and they reply back with same response wait 72 hours I explained my issue with every detail but they have been non-responsive and make me wait again and again.
I have been seriously harassed and frustrated by the delay and no-response from the Megapari support teams towards my issue.
I am hoping Casino Guru to mediate and help me get my account activated from this platform.
