Napravio sam zahtev za povlačenje i nisam dobio odgovor.
Napravio sam tri povlačenja 25. aprila.

Zahtev br. 2343216221 za 15.000 dolara. 21:58
Zahtev br. 2343293559 za 15.000 dolara. 23:05
Poslednje povlačenje nije uračunato. Kada kontaktiram podršku, šalju mi samo snimke ekrana prva dva povlačenja, ali mi je potrebna priznanica za konačno povlačenje izvršeno u 23:05.
Oni ne rešavaju moj problem. Napravio sam snimke ekrana zahteva za povlačenje i moj bankovni izvod dokazuje da su obrađena samo dva povlačenja, ali još uvek ne dobijam odgovore.

I made a withdrawal request and haven't received a response.
I made three withdrawals on April 25.
Request No. 2343208399 for $10,000. 9:52 p.m.
Request No. 2343216221 for $15,000. 9:58 p.m.
Request No. 2343293559 for $15,000. 11:05 p.m.
The last withdrawal was not credited. When I contact support, they only send me screenshots of the first two withdrawals, but I need a receipt for the final withdrawal made at 11:05 PM.
They are not resolving my issue. I have taken screenshots of the withdrawal requests, and my bank statement proves that only two withdrawals were handled, yet I'm still not receiving answers.

Hice reclamo para un retiro y no obtengo respuesta
El 25 de abril hice 3 retiros.
Request N°2343208399 for $10,000. 9:52 p.m.
Request N°2343216221 for $15,000. 9:58 p.m.
Request N°2343293559 for $15.000. 11:05 p.m.
El último retiro no fue abonado, cuando me comunico con soporte solo me envían imágenes de los 2 primeros retiros, y yo necesito comprobante del último retiro realizado a las 11:05 PM.
No me dan solución. Tengo capturas de la solicitud de retiros, tengo extracto bancario que prueba que soloe llegaron 2 retiros y aún así no me dan respuestas.
