Pišem da podnesem zvaničnu žalbu protiv Mondcasina u vezi sa tim da su odbili da povuku moj dobitak zbog nesporazuma koji se nikada nije dogodio ili nikada nije dokazan i da su prestali da komuniciraju sa mnom i samo su zaključali moj nalog. Osvojio sam 900€ na svom računu, ali kazino je odbio da isplati moj dobitak, jer sam ranije sumnjao da moj mlađi brat može da igra na mom računu, što se kasnije pokazalo kao pogrešan nesporazum. Uprkos mojim pokušajima da razjasnim situaciju i rešim problem, nisam dobio odgovarajuće objašnjenje ili bilo kakvu dalju komunikaciju od njih. Uplatili su mi samo depozit od 400€ ne pitajući me ništa, ali 500€ i dalje nedostaje, i uprkos brojnim pokušajima da ih kontaktiram, ništa nisam čuo.

Moje povlačenje je prvobitno obrađeno, ali ubrzo nakon toga, dobio sam poruku od Mondcasina u kojoj se tvrdi da je došlo do nesporazuma u vezi sa mojim nalogom i/ili okolnostima moje pobede.
Više puta sam se obratio da razjasnim i rešim situaciju, ali nisam dobio nikakve suštinske odgovore od njihovog tima za podršku u 25 dana.
Trenutno nisam dobio svoje dobitke, niti bilo kakvu dalju pomoć od kazina, uprkos nekoliko praćenja sa moje strane.
Uvek sam se pridržavao odredbi i uslova i smatram da bi ovo pitanje trebalo brzo da se reši. Ljubazno vas molim da pomognete u rešavanju ove situacije i obezbedite da moji zakoniti dobici budu isplaćeni bez daljeg odlaganja.
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Mondcasino regarding that they refused to withdraw my winnings because of misunderstanding that never happened or were never proven and they stopped communicating with me and just locked my account. I won 900€ on my account, but the casino has refused to pay my winnings, because I had earlier suspected that my little brother was able to play on my account that was proven wrong misunderstanding later on. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation and resolve the issue, I have not received a proper explanation or any further communication from them. They only paid my deposits of 400€ without asking me anything, but 500€ is still missing, and despite of many attempts to contact them I haven't heard anything.
