Imam problem sa Mond Casinom. Jučer sam uplatio 100 eura i iskoristio sam bonus za 2. depozit unošenjem odgovarajućeg koda. Dobio sam 50 eura bonusa. Zatim sam igrao dok nisam ispunio uslov za okretanje, koji je bio 3750 eura. Ubrzo sam pobijedio i saldo mi je porastao preko 600 eura, ali sam ispunio sve uslove, dok je moj bilans nakon okretanja bio 454,6 eura. Zato sam tražio izbor. Provjerio sam svoj račun i moja isplata je poništena, a stanje na kazino računu je 100 eura, odnosno 354,6 eura manje. Ako sam dobro razumio, kazino piše da sam prekršio uslove bonusa. Međutim, bonus koji sam dobio je 50 eura, dok je moje podizanje iznosilo 354,6 eura. My balance never fell below 50 Euros, ie I did not even play with bonus money, and if I violated something, I would consider it fair to withdraw the original amount of the bonus, ie 50 Euros. To be honest, I didn't read the bonus terms before playing. So I thought I had violated these terms, so after receiving the email, I read the entire terms and conditions in detail. After reading all the prohibitions described in the email in detail, I can't find what exactly I violated, I think and I believe I didn't do any of it.
To sum it all up, I deposited 100 Euros, which is more than 20 Euros (minimum to get a bonus). Then I played the "Marching Legions" slot machine, where I bet 2 Euros on the spin. I have not played any other game such as roulette, card games or banned games. I fulfilled the whole requirement for the bet and I did not change the amount of the bet (the maximum allowed bet is in the conditions of 4 Euros).

Zkontroloval jsem svůj ´účet a můj výběr byl zrušen, přičemž zůstatek na kasínovém účtě činí 100 Euro, tj. o 354.6 Euro méně. Pokud tomu dobře rozumím, kasíno píše, že jsem porušil bonusové podmínky. Bonus, který jsem získal, však byl 50 Euro, přičemž odebráno mi bylo 354.6 Euro. Můj zůstatek nikdy pod 50 Euro neklesl, tj. s bonusovými penězi jsem ani nehrál a pokud bych něco porušil, chápal bych jako férové odebrat původní výši bonusu, tj. 50 Euro. Abych pravdu řekl, bonusové podmínky jsem před hraním nečetl. Myslel jsem si tedy, že jsem tyto podmínky porušil, a tak jsem si po obdržení emailu celé podmínky detailně přečetl. Po detailním přečtení všech v emailu popsaných zákazů nemohu najít, co jsem přesně porušil, myslím a věřím, že jsem nic z toho nedělal.
Když vše shrnu, vložil jsem 100 Euro, což je více než 20 Euro (minimum pro získání bonusu). Poté jsem hrál automat "Marching Legions", kde jsem vsázel 2 Euro na protočení. Žádnou jinou hru jako např. ruletu, karetní hry nebo hry na seznamu zakázaných her jsem nehrál. Celý požadavek na prosázení jsem splnil a výši sázky jsem neměnil (maximální povolená sázka jsou v podmínkách 4 Eura).
Pokud chápu email a podmínky dobře (podmínka 10.1.8.), tak kasino má právo výhry v případě hry s bonusem kdykoliv zrušit a to bez vysvětlení. Pokud jsou ale takovéto podmínky legální, tak si myslím, že jsou velmi neférové, obzvlášť pokud kasíno neodebere jen bonus, ale veškeré výhry (kasíno tak může např. připsat 1 Euro bonus, a pokud hráč vyhraje, vše zruší a pokud hráč prohraje, je hra platná). Využil jsem např. i bonus u prvního vkladu, který jsem prohrál.
Chci se tedy zeptat, je nějaká šance získat výhry (alespoň bez toho 50 Eur bonusu) nebo je šance u tohoto kasína díky podmínce 10.1.8 nulová? Pokud je šance nulová, bylo by vhodné na tuto skutečnost upozornit ostatní hráče, protože většina hráčů dle mého názoru podmínky nečte a pokud bych o této podmínce věděl, nikdy bych u tohoto kasína nehrál.

Dostal jsem odpověď od kasina, kterou jsem přeposlal na email jozef.k@casino.guru. Kasíno provedlo novou kontrolu a povolilo mi vybrat výhry, kterých jsem dosáhl s pomocí bonusu. Zároveň píší, že termín 10.1.8, který mi připadal jako velmi nespravedlivý, bude odebrán z podmínek kasína. Podmínky jsem zkontroloval a termín byl opravdu odebrán.
Tento krok mi od kasína příjde jako velmi férový a samozřejmě s ním souhlasím. Celková částka ve výši 454.6 Euro byla vrácena na můj kasínový účet a provedl jsem výběr. Až výběr dorazí na můj bankovní účet, budu Vás informovat.
Peníze zatím na bankovním účtě nemám, ale vrácení výher na kasínový účet a odebrání dané podmínky mi příjde jako férové a pokud je v případě nedoručení částky na můj bankovní účet možné tuto stížnost znovu otevřit, tak si myslím, že jí můžete prozatím uzavřít jako vyřešenou. Jakmile výběr peněz dorazí na můj bankovní účet, tak to zde potvrdím.
