- opklade stavlja grupa klijenata koji deluju u dogovoru (sindikat) i/ili klijent koji deluje u dogovoru sa drugim klijentima i/ili trećim licima, uključujući u svrhu zaobilaženja ograničenja koja je uspostavila kladioničarska kompanija (bilo koji ugovor aranžmani su zabranjeni);
- Klijent ima više naloga (više registracija);
- Klijent je, prema mišljenju Kladionice, koristio softver ili tehničku opremu za automatizaciju procesa klađenja, i/ili koristio softver koji utiče i/ili može da utiče na proces klađenja;
- Klijent je koristio sve lažne metode za dobijanje informacija ili izbegavanje ograničenja i ograničenja koje je postavila Kladionica, kao i sve spoljne faktore koji se, po mišljenju Kladionice, mogu smatrati lažnim i/ili daju nepravednu prednost;
- Klijent se bavi Arbitražnim klađenjem;
- Klijent je koristio više sesija (više istovremenih sesija sa jednog naloga);
- Klijent zloupotrebljava programe lojalnosti i/ili bonus programe;
- Klijent je zahtevao povraćaj sredstava (u skladu sa pravilima o međunarodnim platnim sistemima) ili na drugi način odbija uplatu depozita i/ili plaćanje usluga kladionice i/ili klađenje;
- Klijent vrši druge radnje koje Kladionica može smatrati lažnim i/ili kršenjem ovih Pravila.

- the Client, according to the Betting Company's opinion, used software or technical equipment to automate the betting process, and/or used software that affects and/or is able to effect the betting process;
- the Client used any fraudulent methods of obtaining information or avoiding the limits and restrictions set by the Betting Company, as well as any external factors that, in the opinion of the Betting Company, may be deemed fraudulent and/or provide an unfair advantage;
- the Client engages in Arbitrate betting;
- the Client has used multi sessions (multiple simultaneous sessions from a single Account);
- the Client is abusing loyalty programs and/or bonus programs;
- the Client has requested chargeback (in accordance with the International Payment Systems rules) or otherwise denies making a deposit and/or paying for the Services of the Betting Company and/or placing bets;
- the Client performs other actions that the Betting Company may deem fraudulent and/or in violation of these Rules.
