2. oktobra sam naredio povlačenje dobitnih sredstava u iznosu od 56.000 sek i do danas se borim sa podrškom i dobijam netačne informacije. Već sam izvršio isplate pre i posle tog datuma i uvek sam imao novac na svom računu u roku od sat vremena. Razumem da će to možda potrajati malo duže, ali ažurirano je već dve nedelje. Podrška stalno piše da nema razloga za brigu i novac će biti na mom računu za 2-3 radna dana, nikada nije stigao, zatim za 3-5 radnih dana, nije stigao. Posle svakodnevnih razgovora sa četom konačno su priznali da je transfer odbijen i pokušali da ga ponovo pošalju 8. oktobra, trebalo je da prođe 2-3 dana i još ništa. 14. oktobra je poslato po treći put i čet me i dalje izbegava kada tražim potvrdu transfera. Podrška više ne razgovara sa mnom, ne odgovara na mejlove, tragedija!

I understand that it may take a little longer but it has been up to date for two weeks now. Support keeps writing that there is nothing to worry about and the money will be in my account in 2-3 business days, it never arrived, then in 3-5 business days, it never arrived. After daily conversations with the chat they finally admitted that the transfer was rejected and tried to send it again on October 8th, it was supposed to be 2-3 days and still nothing. On October 14th it was sent for the third time and the chat still avoids me when I ask for confirmation of the transfer. Support no longer talks to me, does not respond to emails, a tragedy!
