Zatražio sam isplatu od 4000 € 16.05.2023.
Od tog dana sam bio u zastoju.
Onda je moje povlačenje otkazano. Zato što sam položio 50 evra. Za sada je sve u redu, dan kasnije sam uplatio 3600 evra. Od tada sam samo bio u zastoju.
Svaki put kada se moj dokaz o prebivalištu odbije.
Bilo da je to moj bankovni izvod, račun za komunalne usluge (navodno je isečen) Račun za struju je zatim učitan i od tada se ništa nije desilo sa strane kazina.

Ich habe am 16.05.2023 eine Auszahlung von 4000 € beantragt.
Seit diesem Tag werde ich hingehalten.
Dann wurde meine Auszahlung storniert. Weil ich 50 € eingezahlt habe. Soweit alles gut, einen Tag darauf habe ich eine Auszahlung von 3600 Euro getätigt. Seitdem werde ich nur noch hingehalten.
Jedes mal wird mein Wohnsitznachweis abgelehnt.
Sei es mein Kontoauszug , die Betriebskostenabrechnung ( wäre angeblich geschnitten) Daraufhin wurde eine Stromabrechnung hochgeladen und seitdem passiert seitens des Casinos nichts mehr.
