11. aprila biće 3 nedelje od kada sam stavio na povlačenje. Iako moj nalog nije verifikovan, imam ukupan dobitak (uključujući i ovih 150) od oko 500 CAD. Dakle, verifikacija naloga nije problem, čak iako bi kazino sada mogao da uzvrati i kaže da niste verifikovani.
Podnosim ovu žalbu kako bi ljudi mogli da vide da kazino nije likvidan, što znači da ne mogu da plate. Dvaput sam komunicirao sa podrškom i sve što kažu je da je blagajna ponekad preplavljena isplatama, pa vas molim da sačekate. To nije izgovor i samo želim da ljudi vide.
Inače volim kazino; slotovi plaćaju, ali nije važno da li kazino drži uplatu. Verovatno bih vratio novac da su mi platili lol.
On april 11th, it will be 3 weeks since I put for withdrawal. Even tho my account is not verified, i have total winnings (including this 150) of about less than 500 cad. So the account verification is not the issue, even tho the casino may retaliate now and say you are not verified.
I am filing this complaint so people can see that the casino is not liquid, meaning cant pay. I have communicated twice with support and all they say is sometimes the cashier office is swamped with withdrawals so please wait. That is not an excuse and I just want people to see.
I like the casino otherwise; slots pay but it doesnt matter if the casino hold the payment. I probably wouldve punted the money back if they paid me lol.
