Veb lokacija mi ne dozvoljava da učitavam dokumente. Poslao sam sva dokumenta putem mejla, a jedan od VIP program menadžera mi je rekao u čemu je problem.
Uprkos brojnim žalbama i mejlovima, shvatio sam da ih odbijaju jer nisu računali vremensku razliku kada sam uplaćivao depozit. To je bilo nešto što sam primetio prilikom slanja informacija.
Iskreno, ne znam šta više žele. Tvrdili su da će se srediti u roku od 5 dana, a već je prošlo 13. I sve zato što ONI nisu uzeli u obzir vremensku razliku.
Štaviše, imam dokaze da sam 12. aprila izvršio povlačenje za manje od 24 sata. Dakle, ovo je očigledno problem sa njihove strane, pogotovo što je tom prilikom iznos bio znatno veći i oni nisu tražili nikakvu proveru. Ovo njihovo ponašanje čini još upitnijim.
Postoji VIP program gde bih takođe mogao da se žalim na ovo jer mi čak uskraćuju prednosti programa gde me, misteriozno, više ne bi uzimali u obzir, iako nisam dobio nikakvu e-poštu koja me obaveštava o smanjenju. Ovo služi kao dodatni dokaz u mom slučaju.
Pored toga, stalno su mi stizale automatske poruke da moji dokumenti nisu verifikovani, bez ikakvog jasnog objašnjenja. Štaviše, ostavili su me da čitav dan ne mogu da učitam nijedan dokument.

Moreover, I have evidence that on April 12, I made a withdrawal in less than 24 hours. So, this is clearly an issue on their part, particularly as the amount was significantly larger on that occasion and they didn't request any verification. This makes their behavior even more questionable.
There is a VIP program where I could also make a complaint about this as they are even denying me the benefits of the program where, mysteriously, I would no longer be considered, even though I have not received any email notifying me of a downgrade. This serves as further evidence in my case.
In addition to this, I kept receiving automated messages that my documents were not verified, without any clear explanation. Furthermore, they left me unable to upload any documents for an entire day.
La página no me deja cargar los documentos. He enviado todos los documentos por correo electronico, obteniendo por parte de una de las gerentas del programa VIP cual era el problema.
aun así luego de multiples quejas y correos electronico me di cuenta que los rechazaban porque no contemplaban la diferencia horaria al momento de realizar el deposito cosa que yo me di cuenta al enciar la información.
Sinceramente no sé qué más quieren, se supone que en 5 días era el tope y ya llevamos 13. Y todo porque ustedes NO contemplaron la diferencia horaria.
Además tengo pruebas que el 12 de abril realice un retiro en menos de 24 hrs entonces es algo que pasa netamente por ellos ya que en esa oportunidad el monto era mucho mayor a este y no solicitaron ninguna verificación. Lo que hace aún más cuestionable su actuar.
Existe un programa VIP donde también puedo reclamar por eso ya que me están negando incluso el beneficio del programa donde misteriosamente justo ahora no lo sería siendo que no he recibido ningún correo que me bajaron de categoría siendo otra prueba más a mi expediente.
Ademas que de manera automatica me salia el mensaje de que mis documentos no han sido vereficados no dandome una explicacion clara con eso y tambien me dejaron todo un día sin poder subir alguna documentacion
