As mentioned above, we can't make the decision for you. The casino has below average rating based on our review so it might be risky to deposit so. On the other hand, if they require a minimum deposit in exchange of withdrawing higher winnings, you can try to do so.
I would also like to point out that if you never did deposit into the casino, I assume that you used a no deposit bonus in which case you definitely won't be able to withdraw the full amount as they mostly has a maximum withdrawal limit - so this might make your decision also easier.
The complaint will be now rejected as the casino has done nothing wrong so far and it is you to you to deposit or not. You can of course reopen the complaint if the case would move forward but for now we will be closing it.
